Aurora Diagnostics voluntarily filed financial reports with the SEC beginning in 2011 and continuing through May 2017, in accordance SEC guidelines for public companies. We continue to follow Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, or GAAP, to provide transparency to bondholders and investors. Aurora has successfully completed multiple FDA audits at our internal research facilities. All of our tests are developed and validated in full compliance with all appropriate federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The standards we adhere to include those set by CLIA, by the state of New York, and CAP standards. We require all clinical laboratory personnel to have appropriate credentials and experience to perform the tests provided by Aurora. Finally, all personnel are required to participate in continuing educational training and competency programs.
